Reservations of Accommodations

  • When can I make reservations?

    As a general rule, we accept reservations by phone or online 6 months before the arrival date.

  • There seems to be no vacancies on the desired date.

    1. Desired date
    If there is no indication of vacancy, our hotel is fully booked. Thank you for your consideration.

    2. Waiting for cancellation
    We regret that we do not offer wait-list reservation services. Thank you for your consideration.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    Cancellation fee will be charged from the day before.
    The day before : 50%
    On the day : 100%

If you have children

  • Can I stay with my child?

    There is no extra cost with children under elementary school age when using existing bed.。
    Please note that towels and amenities are not available, so please bring them with you.
    If you use an extra bed, the price will be the same as adults regardless of age. (There is no child fee setting)

Check-in / check-out

  • What time is check-in / out?

    Check-in time starts at 15:00.
    Please contact us in advance if your anticipated check-in time is later than 20:00.。
    Check-out time is 11:00.
    If you want to extend the check-out time, you will be charged ¥ 3,000 (excluding tax) per room per hour.

About luggage

  • Can you keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

    Please feel free to ask the front desk for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
    We can store your lugguage on your day of arrival and departure from the hotel.

  • Sending luggage to the hotel.

    We accept lugguage sent by courier. Please check with our front desk staff for details.

About guest rooms

  • Do you have connecting rooms?

    We regert that we do not offer connecting rooms.
    Please feel free to contact us for any requests of nearby guest room assignments of your group reservations.

  • Can I use Wi-Fi in my room?

    Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

  • Do you have an air purifier / humidifier?

    All rooms are equipped with an air purifier with a humidifying function.

  • Do you rent out PCs, DVDs and Blu-rays?

    We regreat we do not offer these equipments.

  • Is there a smoking area?

    Smoking rooms are available near the elevators from 3rd to 10th floor.

About traffic access

  • How long does it take from Kyoto Station to the hotel?

    About a 4-minute walk from the central exit of JR "Kyoto Station"
    About a 2-minute walk from the Karasuma Underpass Exit of the municipal subway "Kyoto Station"

  • Is there a parking lot?

    There is no parking lot at the hotel.
    Please use the pay parking lot next to the hotel.
    (It is not a partner parking lot.)

  • How long does it take from Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport) to the hotel?

    Osaka Itami Airport → "Airport Limousine Bus" about 55 minutes → Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit → about 8 minutes on foot

  • How long does it take from Kansai International Airport to the hotel?

    Kansai International Airport "Airport Limousine Bus" Approximately 80-90 minutes → Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit → 8 minutes on foot
    Kansai International Airport "JR / Limited Express Haruka" Approximately 80-90 minutes → Kyoto Station Central Exit → Approximately 4 minutes on foot

  • Are there laundry services?

    There is a free laundry corner for guests on the 10th floor, separated by gender.

  • Do you have an ice machine?

    The ice machine is located on the 2nd floor.

  • Is there a convenience store nearby?

    There is a "Seven-Eleven" opposite the hotel.

  • Can I use a credit card etc.?

    VISA, JCB, Diners, Master Card, Amex, UnionPay card, etc. can be used in general.

  • Do you have a smartphone charger?

    We rent it at the front desk.
